After receiving my order my glasses were just not right, fit was all wrong and were very flimsy for my liking... after a quick response from GlassesShop, they creditied my account which allowed me to order new pairs of glasses, I didn't even have to send the original ones back! I love these new glasses!! Repeat customer for two years.

This is my second time ordering from Glasseshop.com, and they are amazing. I absolutely love how their are multiple stylish options to pick from. The prices are unbelievably affordable and I love the variety they offer. I ordered 5 pair's of glasses. 3 progressive and 2 readers along with some cases. I also recommended Glasseshop.com to my mother, we are so happy with our purchases. It cost me much cheaper than other sites that I was looking at. It does take a while for the glasses to arrive, but I don't mind waiting, because good things take time. I will definitely purchase glasses from Glasseshop.com again. Thank you so much💕

Good quality frames that are inexpensive and also pretty. I have bought 3 pair and get a lot of compliments on them. I like that we can choose to try the frames out before we buy. Also helps to be able to download the prescription for the lenses. It was a surprise to me that I had points that I was able to use as a discount on the price as well as the coupons you offer. I highly recomment your glasses to anyone needing a pair.

The frame and lens fit perfectly and I'm fully satisfied.

I would however suggest you use the augmented reality like other online stores so trying in frames is easier.

I ordered a pair of prescription eyeglasses. I purchased the basic lens package with the frames (the lenses were only 19.95!) My mind was blown when I received them in the mail. The frames & lens are better quality than the glasses I paid $200 for at eyemart express. Total price of the frames and basic lens package plus shipping was $34.

I will never buy glasses at my eye doctor office or eyeglasses store again. Glassesshop.com will be my go to. Great, affordable prices, excellent quality and cute trendy styles. Would definitely recommend!

I wished that i'd looked at this website before placing an order with this company. i paid expeditied shipping and as of last friday the reps told me in email that they were completed but wouldn't ship for 5-7 days and i quickly reminded them that i had paid for expedited shipping with no reply. i feel as though with this many complaints if we shouldn't launch an official complaint with the ftc and the bbb?

“This company offers horrible customer support. There are many more companies out there who actually provide customer service. their return policy is deceiving. The return policy is misleading first stating 90 days then telling you to read below. Now it is only 14 days and only 50%.”
